Directors and Consultants
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Prof. Nir Sharon
Professor Nir Sharon is an Associate Professor in the Applied Mathematics Department at
Tel Aviv University.
His research focuses on approximation on manifolds, geometric
modeling, applied harmonic analysis, machine learning, and the mathematics of electron
microscopy.
In addition to his academic contributions, he plays an active role in advancing
international research collaborations.
Prior to joining Tel Aviv University Prof. Sharon was a
researcher at the Program of Applied and Computational Mathematics at Princeton
University.


Managing Director Yaki Baranes
Business strategy expert with a demonstrated 15 years history of working with various industries and government entities. Skilled
in business strategy planning and implementations on a corporate level and business unit level. Advising to start- up companies in
shaping their business plans and supporting their capital raising rounds. Works with privately-held and publicly-traded small and
middle-market companies to raise capital and advise on corporate finance transactions (Initial Public Offerings, Follow-On
Offerings, PIPE’s/Private Placements and other Cross Border Transactions). Holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from
the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA from Reichman University.

Nissim Daniel, CFO
Previously, at PwC Israel, Nissim Daniel served as an Audit Manager. Holds more than 10 years of experience working with hi-tech companies and public companies. studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Zahi Itzhak Hazan, PhD – Quantum Algorithms Scientist
Brings deep expertise in mathematics, computational methods, and advanced algorithm development to the project. With a doctorate in mathematics from Tel Aviv University and a strong background in both academic research and industrial innovation, he specializes in designing and implementing quantum algorithms for data analysis and optimization. Zahi’s work focuses on developing novel quantum computing solutions that accelerate complex computations. His unique combination of mathematical insight and hands-on programming experience ensures the project’s quantum components are both state-of-the-art and practically impactful.


Sagiv Kerman, Physics Scientist
MSc graduate in Physics from the Hebrew University,
with a specialization in quantum optics, both on the theoretical and experimental sides. Experienced in programming and data analysis, with a passion for exploring and simplifying complex ideas.
