Over the past 8 years, led a medical-software platform from concept to three FDA-cleared devices and multi-million-dollar ARR, forging OEM and health-system partnerships and leading cross-functional teams (algorithms, embedded, regulation). Hands-on in designing, coding, and deploying big-data and deep-learning algorithms with a strong foundation in mathematical physics (BSc, Electrical & Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University). Previous roles at Intel and Applied Materials brought practical experience across multiple industries.

middle-market companies to raise capital and advise on corporate finance transactions (Initial Public Offerings, Follow-On
Offerings, PIPE’s/Private Placements and other Cross Border Transactions). Holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from

Professor Nir Sharon is an Associate Professor in the Applied Mathematics Department at
Tel Aviv University.
His research focuses on approximation on manifolds, geometric
modeling, applied harmonic analysis, machine learning, and the mathematics of electron
microscopy.
In addition to his academic contributions, he plays an active role in advancing
international research collaborations.
Prior to joining Tel Aviv University Prof. Sharon was a
researcher at the Program of Applied and Computational Mathematics at Princeton
University.
